Mat classes are dynamic and include small props -foam rollers, circles, stability balls, body bands, yoga blocks, arm & leg weights, & therabands. Increase muscle tone, improve proprioception, balance & posture. Utilising your breath and activating deep stabilizing muscles will develop postural awareness & relieve back & neck pain. Pilates is also great for men! Not recommended for clients with special conditions or injuries.
